This piece is part of a collection of piano pieces written by Georges Ivanovitch Gurdjeff and Thomas De Hartmann called "Asian Songs and Rhythms" .
This piece was composed in 1927.
The melody is played using the Haken Audio Continuum Fingerboard and the Expressive E Touchè connected to the Continuum through the Haken Editor.
The expressive potential of these two electronic instruments played together is awesome and I hope, with this video, to demonstrate it.
The other sounds come from Apple Logic Pro and are retuned with its internal retuning capabilities:
I chose a just intonation tuning system in E for the Continuum.
