Some of them are inspired by
Yoga exercises, having taken Yoga lessons many years ago and having read books about it.
Other ones are inspired by
Traditional Chinese Medicine and Paida Lajin.
All of them are inspired by my teacher, Manuela Macconi, whose holistic gym classes I attend twice a week!
