Listen to Sea Of Tranquility
When I composed this piece I was looking for a peaceful retreat, a “tranquil” place (musically speaking), from the troubles of my life. They did not disappear only because I wrote a song but to my ears I achieved my goal.
Its tuning system is a dodecatonic mode of Carlos Gamma, devised by X.J.Scott, I first used in 2009 for “Adagio Gamma” (click here for details).
The sound sources are Omnisphere, Stylus RMX and the recently defunct Alchemy.
