The diagram above tries to explain how I retune MIDI data sent to the Roland VT-4.
Not showed on the diagram there is also a KMX Midi Central patch bay used to direct MIDI data.
Basically my master keyboard sends MIDI data to a MacBook Pro where it gets retuned by LMSO.
Data go back to the PC3x and from its MIDI Thru port it goes to the AMT8 connected to the iMac running Logic Pro X and from there to the VT-4.
Simple isn't it?
The sound sources for this piece are: Reason Rack, Metasynth, Logic Pro X and the Roland VT-4.
Metasynth is used as a processor modifying audio previously recorded with the VT-4.
